That's hot...

I finished remaking the HotPatterns HP102 w/ the following revisions:

1. Cut the slim skirt piece down to a 10 (just laid it over the original pattern & marked and cut the excess.)

2. Added 2 inches to the sleeve: a. laid sleeve piece on cutting mat evenly. Made a cut at the end of the narrow part of the sleeve and cut. b. added a 2 inch space and put another piece of tracing paper underneath, taped across and trimmed the excess. (I didn't re-trace so I wouldn't have to waste much paper.)

3. Added tie ends to the sleeve cuffs.

How cute this dress turned out. I have this pattern also. I love the last pic with the wide belt... that's probably how I would/will wear mine.
