Garden Party Pics!

my beautiful models!
the theme of my show was Sex & the City, four women, four dresses.
I chose this because I wanted to do a tribute to my mom & her 3 sisters, who all seemed to fit into each one of the personalities of the SATC chicks.

my cuz! She is a soon to be sewer (and mama)

my aunt/hostess, dressed as a fairy, If you remember last year she was covered in feathers.
this year I had no idea she was using butterflies in her decor! I found some glittery butterflies in the stash that I had purchased ages ago and I brought them for my models to wear . Our family is so in tune :)

my mom!

made littlest sis (teal dress) a bunny

the back of the dress had long shimmys - it was EXTRA tranny.

you can't see them here but my little sis had on glittery false tranny lashes.

there was a magician! (who also was making food and wine disappear behind the scenes)

my littlest sis, so beautiful!

full length view of dresses

my cuz and my aunt. (yes that was her in the fairy outfit)

mommy full length - I made her dress just by taking measurements, no post sewing adjustments needed! This pattern is very true to size.

her dress used to be a big gold mother-of-bride dress, my (other) cuz sent it to me, I think it was from a thrift shop. the fabric was too lovely to pass on. it was perfect for my tranny-rific sister, who portrayed Samantha.
