I need to do this myself. Sometimes, I make myself green coffee shakes in the morning: 1 cup cold strong coffee, 1 banana, 1 cup (or so) of spinach (or Kale), 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter, and enough ice to make me happy (2-3 cups). Sometimes I add 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup.

cool video. i love making green smoothies! i was wondering where she had going on with blended spinach and apple. :-/ lol!and i don't think i've ever been the beneficiary of spinach that big!
