What I did with my scraps...(update)

After reading Carolyn's post about scraps (dontcha just love she?), I realized it was time I did something with my tub o' scraps.

A couple of comments suggested cosmetic pouches and that was perfect for me because I have been carrying around this monstrosity for over a year!


I have been sick of it for a while. It's ugly and impractical because it doesn't hold everything I need to carry. What took me over the edge was when I saw a raggedy, scraggly old woman whip out the same bag somewhere. If she were cute and clean I would have been OK with it, but she wasn't. I figured it was time to get busy ASAP.

Here's my bag:

embellished with glue on sequins.

It's a little more divalicious than what I am used to but it holds everything and is much cuter than what I had. I love it!

I wrote up a tutorial, I am going to convert it to PDF and find somewhere to post it tomorrow for those that want it. here it is...
