So this is what I'm working with Beware! Caution! Danger!
Now let me tell you why I'm motivated. I'm just ordered
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yea. So my little sewing nook is about to make a big come up. Being more organized and having a manageable stash will definitely bring my sewing level up. Plus my basement will be more guest friendly and less spider friendly.
peace out.
peace out.

One word of advice about ditching all the stuff - review it carefully, you might be surprised at what you remember later and miss...ask me how I know! :)
Love the new piece. Just wanted to second Carolyn. I've ditched, and been sorry for it. Three patterns I can think of right now :(
You are good.I just can't give up any of my patterns.
It really is hard parting with the patterns. I buy a lot of the same style and a lot of them are too small for me & kiddo.
I fought as long as I could not to go back through those bags after last night, but after I read Carolyn's and Cidell's comments I went back through and ended up salvaging 13 patterns. I'm going to put the bags in my trunk in the morning so I won't take anymore out.
I did ditch one pattern that everyone on PR seemed to like but didn't come out right on me. Now I wish I hadn't tossed it so I could give it another try. It's all good though.
Good luck on your new armoir (sp?) It looks like it will help you organize.
i like that little set up you chose.
i should have looted your patterns before you gave them away!!!!
hi! i stumbled unto your blog and am enjoying it. i am a fellow marylander and have stopped by valique's once. pretty cool stuff. pricey fabrics though (i saw one in the store i bought online for half the price). the owner is such a doll. very helpful too.
Well, I'm not that bad yet....but gettig there. I kicked myself out of my bedroom for my sewing needs and am now bunking with my daughter.
